In Response to PBS's Interview with John Kerry

One of my fellow classmates posted a blog post on an interview with the current Secretary of State, John Kerry. I personally, after watching the interview, agree with Mr. Kerry that our world is becoming very "factless." With the boom of technology in our world today, it is very difficult to create policies that will be centered around each individual person's opinions and the popular vote. Because of this, we have now seen an increase of people believing the content they see online or on a screen as fact, while viewing what the government states to be opinionated and centered around which ever political party is in the majority of power.

With that being said, I think one way we could fix this problem is to follow more "factual" sources of information to really see what policies are being created in our government and turn from social media outlets as out source of information about our government. In addition, I think we should remember to remain factual in our relationship with God. God is always truthful, always present, and always perfect. And even when our government can seem "unfactual," we can know our God is always factual.
