Many people have been affected by the storms in Texas and Florida which has caused homes to be destroyed and buildings to be flooded. Now begins the rebuilding process, however , these states need to not only rebuild but also focus on preparing for the next time something like this happens. The infrastructure of roads, bridges, pipes, drains and power grids need to be modernized because they are decades old and failure to do so can lead to bigger problems in the future.
