Puerto Rico is going to be an interesting development. With $93 million of spending requested, the whole island will have to be rebuilt. There has already been whispers of Tesla creating a self-sufficient grid for the Island. This disaster could allow for the region to be completely rebuilt on modern plans. The main issue will be the funding, as Puerto Rico is already in massive debt.

Lets see where this planning will lead and what the future will hold for the island's infrastructure.

This will be interesting to see how this rebuilding plays out. The migration of vast amounts of people, the rebuilding of fundamental structures, how we will bounce back from this economically. All of this is overwhelming. I haven't followed any stories closely due to lack of time and not being able to read about the complete devastation without feeling for the people, but it will definitely be interesting to see the plans and how they execute them in order to bring life back to the beautiful island.
