This article shows a growing test bed in the world of transport. In South Korea, the roads now have built in battery charger. These strips should allow for the electric buses to run more efficiently and not need to be sat aside to charge as often.

This is an exciting development as it is also spreading to highways in the U.S. to charge electric vehicles as they drive. The systems are in their early stages and a lot of concerns need to be addressed. Firstly, sustainability needs to be addressed. The issue is not only the delivery of charge, but also the effectiveness of it on the average ev car.  Secondly, there should be concern of overall cost. The electric bills might need to be payed and the cost of normal wear and tear is going to be very expensive.
